Look out for the “Smartwood by Alpwood” car!

Alpwood owners Bruce and Sue Crockett have been part of the motor racing world for a long time!  They used to follow New Zealand’s famous Possum Bourne as part of his sponsorship team.  In 2002, Bruce decided he wanted to get back into racing and, when the opportunity to purchase a small Ford KA (pictured) came up, the “Smartwood by Alpwood” car was born!  Sue joined him as co-driver and between them they now make a formidable business and racing team competing throughout New Zealand.  They also continue to sponsor races including the Possum Memorial Rallies.
